Join us for the No More Homework, Cardio Fusion Dance Class
No more late night or early morning homework sessions. We made it through another school year and now it is time to CALL THE BABYSITTER!
Join us for an exhilarating session where we will groove and dance, punch it out with boxing moves, sculpt our bodies with toning exercises, and push our limits with a heart-pumping High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout with high and low intervals.
This is not your average workout!! Let us sweat, smile, and shape up together.
